Pick ups are possible from the shop at

4/155 Taren point Road Taren point.

 

Postage costs vary due to size and weight of item(s).

 

Postage quoted is for Australia only. Please email us for overseas postage

prices  before purchase thankyou.

 

Spearguns and some larger items will be delivered via courier

due to Aust post size limits.

 

 

Items will not be shipped until payment has been received in full.

Payments can be made though paypal on this site.

 DELIVERY

      

Delivery of goods will be arranged through us as soon as full payment is made.

You will need to provide us with a postal address as soon as payment has

been made for prompt delivery service.

 

Please allow up to 5 working days for delivery within Australia, although in

most cases delivery is much quicker. 

 

Please Note: Shark shields come via registered and insured postal

service. We do not express post as they cannot be insured

effectively.

REFUNDS

We do not accept returns without email approval.We do not accept refunds for change of mind. Please contact us in this situation. We only accept items in original un-used condition and package unopened. Return request must be made within 7 days of receipt/delivery. Proof of purchase is required for all returns or refunds.
All items that need to be returned  due to warranty issues is the  responsibility of the customer to organize and pay the delivery to the manufacturer.  The postage, shipping and handling charged with your order is a non-refundable cost. Return postage is the buyers responsibility. It is up to  the manufacturers discretion to replace the faulty items.
